To combine the two, cane sheets are used to create panels, while a thin veneer is hand-applied to a solid poplar burl frame, ensuring a beautifully crafted and unique finish. Keep in mind that the poplar burl patterns and the color and texture of the cane can vary slightly, and the cane fibers might stand up as the piece ages.
