Given that it’s a natural material, grain pattern and color can vary slightly from piece to piece, offering each item a personalized touch. Keep in mind that without proper care, the finish can change to a silvery gray over time due to direct sunlight and exposure to the elements, and consistent moisture can cause the woodgrain to raise. Teak also tends to expand and shrink with age and environmental changes, so you may notice hairline cracks appear in the wood as time passes.
