The 2025 Kips Bay Dallas Show House marked the sixth anniversary of this premier design event in Texas, a showcase that has inspired the interiors industry year after year since its first-ever New York Show House nearly five decades ago. Back for another year as a proud sponsor of Kips Bay, it's an honor to be included in this celebration of artistry, innovation, and connection. Transforming 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard for the second year in a row, a host of talented designers came together to reinvent this prestigious Dallas home with a range of imaginative and enchanting installs. Nine of these awe-inspiring exhibits were brought to life with a wide range of Made Goods, Pigeon & Poodle, and Blue Pheasant styles.

Tula Summerford

Design by Tula

Grounded in a deep respect for tradition and a strong appreciation for contemporary design, Raleigh-based designer Tula Summerford is always looking to blend the past and the present. Our extensive selection of distinct designs, from grand sculptural elements to small, sleek accents, combined with Tula’s obsessive attention to detail ensures no surface goes unnoticed.

Carrying her love for intricate patterns and statement-worthy silhouettes into her Kips Bay install, “The Emerald Room,” Tula reimagines a women’s lounge into a verdant exploration. Adorned with delicate green details and larger emerald accents, like the Royce side table in green tab shell, Tula seamlessly ties the entire space together. Her vision even extends into the adjoining hallway, where she adds a bit of sculptural intrigue with the Alfred chairs and grounds the avant-garde wallpaper with a pair of Hyde benches.

Laura Lubin

Ellerslie Interiors

Laura Lubin is the founder and principal designer of Ellerslie Interiors, a nationally recognized, Nashville-based design firm. Guided by an intuitive sense of proportion and an editorial eye for detail, Laura creates environments that are as timeless as they are tailored, and her admiration for the ethos behind Made Goods has made her a inspiring collaborator.

Centered around a Mahjong table, Laura’s Kips Bay install, “Moonlight Pavilion,” is an homage to the game’s Chinese heritage, capitalized with the design elements of Art Deco Shang Hai. Placed among a host of darker, earthy tones, the Brigitte table is the perfect pedestal for Laura’s Mahjong scene, offering bright contrast with its fossilized stone design, as well as a touch of functionality with hidden drink cups. Finishing off the space with warm elements, like the Elliot mirror, and classic pops of color, like the Jarin side table, every wall is a study in Art Deco artistry.
