A SEASON OF
EXTRAORDINARY

Commemorating their ninth annual showcase, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach debuted a two-home experience for the first time ever. Named “The Intracoastal House” and “The Palm Cottage,” these coastal residences were transformed by some of the industry's leading designers, championing imaginative luxury in every room.

It’s an honor to be a sponsor for yet another Kips Bay Show House, and seeing our pieces in these 12 designers’ installs is beyond inspiring.

Colleen Rosar Design

Founded in 2012, Colleen Rosar Design is known for creating layered, livable interiors defined by confident color, rich texture, and a refined mix of traditional and modern influences. Rooted in art, architecture, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail, her interiors balance freshness with familiarity—making Made Goods and Burton James the perfect choice to execute her exact vision.

"Where Plans Get Cancelled," Colleen's bright and airy installation, is a journey through color and pattern with comfort at the helm. Featuring the Burton James Gramercy trundle bed at the center of it all, customized to perfection with COM, tranquility flourishes in every corner. No matter where you look, from the playful textures in the wallpaper to whimsical details like the floral knobs on our Made Goods Amara dresser, Colleen makes this space feel like a charming escape for guests to sink in and stay a while.

LTA Interiors

Lynn Berney, Tracy Gould, and Alexa Evans of LTA Interiors have an incredible ability to turn ordinary spaces into extraordinary environments that reflect individuality, style, and functionality, and our one-of-a-kind styles are a seamless addition to their inventive installs.

In LTA Interiors' "The Mahjong Lounge," the Maurice game table serves as the anchor of their install with its contemporary, wavy silhouette in olive ash veneer. From the whimsical undertones of the color palette to the rich textures and details, every element reinforces this social hub. Our Waylon bar cart, paired with Pigeon & Poodle's Orleans frame, completes the setting for gathering after a long game, and the accompanying ladies' room offers a restful interlude between socializing and play, featuring our Joss mirror front and center and Pigeon & Poodle's Palm Beach bath collection.

Meet the Designer

Tartan & Toile

Since founding Tartan & Toile in 2018, Lucy O'Brien has cultivated a collaborative practice, working closely with artisans around the world to shape singular environments that honor historical preservation and share a deep appreciation of craftsmanship. We're honored to be a part of this practice, as craftsmanship and storytelling lie at the center of all we do here at Made Goods.

For this year's Show House, Tartan & Toile transformed a closet and a hallway into the exquisite "Entertainment Command Center," donning Palm Beach-inspired patterns and details on every surface. Heavily inspired by the work of Marjorie Merriweather Post, a well-known Florida figure, this vibrant install keeps you guessing with delightful touches around every corner, like the Austen box from Made Goods, the faux tortoise Maximilian bar collection from Blue Pheasant, and Blue Pheasant's Bernadette candelabra in the adjoining bath.

Her education at international schools and frequent travels with her family ignited a fascination with diverse cultures and shaped her sophisticated eye for beauty and detail, and Amy's reverence for different corners of the globe is part of what makes her such an inspired Made Goods collaborator.

"The Breakfast Club – After Hours" tells a story of effortless luxury with a completely reimagined kitchen and dining room, made unforgettable with a wide range of rosy tones, enveloping textures, and romantic accents. Designed to mimic the experience of opening a jewelry box, Amy plays with a luxurious palette to create an out-of-this world space centered around the Demetrius entry table. Topped off with Blue Pheasant's Lucas mug, Danele flatware, and more decadent details, it's an inviting scene for any elegant host.

From the wall-to-wall pattern play in the color-drenched bath, where our Emmeline sconces add a silvery touch, to the intriguing mix of textures in the adjoining hall, every inch is intentionally designed. A decadent dance between distinct and complementary elements, the space transports any guest through a balance of soft drapery and whimsical touches, contrasted with striking silhouettes like our Enya and Trina pendants.
