What To Expect
Banana bark is a very fibrous material, so seeing small fibers along the surface of each piece is expected. It can also be harvested in a range of hues, from light caramels to deep mahoganies, so the final color can depend on the batch. Finally, the result can be impacted by the staining/coloration process, leaving each item slightly different from the next, with some areas even appearing white. This variation is what makes banana bark such a special material, honoring its natural origin.
