Laszlo Chandelier
Woven abaca is hand knotted tightly toward the bottom and artfully draped toward the top to create the silhouette of the Laszlo, a chandelier as organic as its shape is opulent. Utilitarian material combined with an easy elegance makes the Laszlo a striking addition to a variety of environments.
What To Expect
Abaca fibers are harvested from the stalk of the abaca plant, stripped into fine strands and sun-dried, and then woven to make the material we use for our pieces. Given the harvesting process and possible changes to the environment, the texture and color can vary, giving each product made with this material its own one-of-a-kind look. You might also see slight fraying over time, accentuating the beauty of abaca as it ages. It’s one of the reasons we love working with natural materials; they evolve with us.
