Danish Cord is made of long strips of paper that have been twisted to form cords, and the weaving process is largely done by hand. Given this handcrafted process, the material can vary slightly from piece to piece with some twists appearing looser or tighter, and you can expect to see light fraying over time. These types of variation are inherent to the material and ultimately part of its unique charm.
